Agenda:

7:00 - 7:30pm: Check in

7:30 - 7:40pm: Welcome introduction, a bit about the Academy and what you will all be going through

7:45 - 8:45pm: Cross-training programming

8:45 - 9pm: Cool-down and closing remarks

What you need to know prior to the event:

• Complete the Waiver
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the event to check in
• There are lockers, bathrooms and showers on site (including towels, soap and shampoo)
• Normal workout clothes and water bottles would be recommended for the session
• If there are any recovering injuries or limitations when attending, please make sure to inform Coach Richmond before the session
• Do not worry about experience level, class will be scalable to all levels even if this is your very first time doing class-based training or Crossfit/ Cross-Training style programming
• Any participants for this event who wish to continue training with the Academy by purchasing a membership, there will be a limited time discount to all participating on select memberships (Please check with the Academy's staff)
